Bioglobe is now offering new services: Multiplex analyses of Cytokine/Chemokine, Diabetes Parameter, Angiogenic factors and MMPs.
Employing coloured magnetic Luminex beads with antibody coating and the ALISA sandwich technique allows us to detect whole groups of interacting proteins in a single sample. Due to magnetic washers and a high grade of automation in the processing during incubation and washing our results are highly reliable and repeatable.
Using a „Bio-Plex"-Reader from Bio-Rad Laboratories for detection and measuring we only need microliters of specimen from serum, plasma, cell culture or cell lyses from human or murin.
